At Shinjuku Ale in Kabukicho, you’ll learn how ramen developed, then choose soup, boil noodles, cook ingredients, and build your own bowl. Guides such as Tak, Hinata, and Mikhail are known for clear instruction and friendly conversation. The class lasts one hour and suits beginners, families, and small groups.

In a small group of up to six, you will pour batter, add octopus, turn the takoyaki, and eat it hot with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori. English and Japanese support is available. Hosts such as Sakiko, Chihiro, and Shuma have helped make the lesson friendly and easy to follow.
